Birthdays and more Birthdays...
May has always been an exciting month (and the end of April too!) But this year we seem to be adding more and more to the Family... This past weekend we celebrated Jeff's 21st birthday. Not in the usual way but in a GREAT way! He went with his family (mom, dad, little brother and sister, his Auntie and two younger cousins!) to see Indiana Jones, then we went home for French Silk Pie His favorite. He had friends come to visit for the weekend... No bars or anything else with the way the rest of the world celebrates just good fun! I was really more proud of him then ever this weekend... Then Today my little girl who is almost taller then me turned 11~ Lots of High School Musical, Hannah Montana and Scrap Book Stuff, She is such a great girl and she is so much fun to spend time with. Then to top it off we have had Caroline's Birthday, Jacobs Birthday, Eddies Birthday and almost graduation, and my niece and nephew Tony and Tracy had a birthday! Also my beautiful niece Christina had her first baby a beautiful boy named Vincent. Then My niece Andrea had her 3rd little boy... Travis, her oldest is also a Vincent( yes we have two Vincent's) and then middle son Wyatt, she is in for lots of Lego's and Hot Wheels! Then My nephew John (well his wife Lindsey had a angelic daughter earlier this month, her name is Jaedyn.... The funny thing is my Brother Ed who is 16 months younger then me is a Grandpa 9 times already... Whew I don't no if we will have that many grand kids even, I guess with "8" kids he is far from through. Today Bridget and one of her friends were crossing guards for the first time. They were helpful and didn't even need to be shown what to do! They were great, a teacher who helps out said I went to check on them but they were fine, it is rewarding to see them grow and be great kids, but as I saw all of the baby pictures this month and we anxiously await more babies from Kelly's family later this year it makes me think of when Jeff was a tiny newborn just a little over 6 pounds! How was that 21 years ago! Happy Birthday everyone, Happy Birthday Bridget my strong and mighty girl! Happy Birthday to "The Golden Gate Bridge, 71 years ago today my mom walked across that bridge as it opened with her dad!

I miss my Mom!
This has been a really interesting week! Quinn has pretty bad spring allergies which resulted in asthma for the first time, which meant new medicine and a trip to the doctors for a breathing treatment... Bridget had a touch of the flu (more like sympathy and trying to stay home with her brother!) Jeff (who thank goodness just got insurance) had a touch of sore throat and his tonsils were swollen so doctors and medication for him! All this while Kelly and I were looking at houses and trying to get our credit clean so we can get a loan! What a fun process, especially when there is stuff on there that has been paid off for years and should have never of been on there! Then the big thing the reason for the title..."I miss Mom," I had a routine mammogram last week and on Monday they called to take some more film (Yeah as if once every two years wasn't enough!) so I went in for that wow what fun! Well I got a call from ultra sound today and they want to look at it some more! Of coarse trying to get an appointment is fun...Hopefully this ends with that but if not I will head into the trial with prayer and knowing something good will come out of it! So yes I need my mom this week... Sometimes I wonder how she did it!
